Voting Ballot for School Community Council
The Indian Hills Middle School Community Council consists of parent members voted in for a two-year term. The purpose behind the community council is to build consistent and effective communication, to allow parents an opportunity to be actively involved in their children's education, and to enhance academic excellence at the school. The council meets approximately four times during the school year in the evening.
Voting will take place on September 9th, 10th, and 11th. Ballots will be posted on the website by August 28, 2015. Please return the ballot to the ballot box in the main office no later than 3 p.m. on September 17th, 2015.
7th Grade Immunization Requirements
Utah state law requires that all 7th graders be immunized with an updated Tdap booster as well as Varicella (chicken pox) and Meningococcal immunizations. If you have a student who will be in 7th grade next year, 2015-2016, please see thisdocumentfor details on this requirement.
